Aurora's Scientific and Technological Institute (ASTI) established the Alumni Association in the year 2007 when the first batch of students passed out of the College. The Alumni Association was started in order to facilitate students’ placements in diverse fields through our students who are employed with many top-notch corporate institutions. Their success will serve to further strengthen their roots in ASTI. They will be our ambassadors in the corporate world, benefiting both fellow alumni members and current students. This association will provide an opportunity for the alumni and friends to stay connected with their alma mater through communications, programs and services that foster a lifetime relationship with the institution. In return the college gains from their valuable inputs to update their teaching methodologies, subjects, research trends, and even provide employment opportunities and career counseling for the fresher students. All students are registered members of the Alumni Association.
In order to achieve these objectives, the Alumni Association aims to foster linkages amongst the alumni and to promote personal and friendly relations through meetings and get-togethers among members of the Association, provide avenues for drawing upon the knowledge and expertise of the alumni for furthering the cause of the College as a Center of Excellence, and collect, publish and distribute such information as may be useful to members of the Association.
